The COVID-19 virus has dramatically and adversely impacted the U.S. and world economies.  The events of the last three months will fundamentally change the economy.   Since commercial real estate properties are boxes that hold the economy, there will be a dramatic impact on the performance of income properties e.g. hospitality, office, multifamily similar to the impact on retail properties especially mall properties caused by disrupters such as Walmart and Amazon.
