Ohio Cropland Values
Barry Ward – Director, OSU College of Food, Agricultural & Environmental Sciences

Cropland values in Ohio have been relatively stable over the past 5 years seeing some minor increases on average. This presentation will examine cropland value data and various fundamentals that have impacted land values and will be important to cropland values in the future.

Important fundamentals impacting land values include crop prices and margins, interest rates, farm equity, and other factors will be examined in an attempt to better understand the future of cropland markets in Ohio.
