Over the past 3 years community banks have been forced to navigate a rates down environment quickly followed by a sharp increase in interest rates. This has had a significant impact on bank balance sheets and net interest margin. We must learn the necessary lessons from this recent experience in order to take back control of our NIM and stop being held hostage by the Federal Reserve. This interactive session includes up-to-date peer data from banks across the country and case studies using real-world examples from community banks.
