2022 Senior Lender Forum

2022 Senior Lender Forum

February 24 | May 5 | August 18 | November 3

HYBRID CLASS

Registration for all four sessions is $1,250 for CBAO members.

Your participation in these quarterly meetings allows you to network with peers to identify best practices, stay on top of emerging lending issues, and discuss support tools/software. The forums are member-driven—that is, most of the agenda is set by the participants.

Benefits of Participating:

  • Improve the profitability of your loan portfolio
  • Reduce the risk in your loan portfolio
  • Increase your understanding of regulatory issues
  • Expand your network with senior lenders
  • Develop solutions and practical ideas (what works and what doesn’t) for handling your most pressing concerns
  • Grow professionally and personally

How the Forums Work:

  • Groups of senior lenders will be based on bank sizes and limited competitive overlap
  • Group size will be no more than 20 participants, with ability to send substitute participants
  • Participants will drive the topics and agenda, based on surveys prior to each meeting
  • Each meeting will allow time for emerging issues and open discussion
  • Engage with an industry-leading expert & facilitator serving multiple Graduate Schools of Banking
  • In between quarterly meetings, members can exchange ideas and network

NEW: Redesigned Hybrid Class Environment!

We are currently installing all-new hybrid class equipment for our 2022 classes! This setup will provide an enhanced audio and visual experience for both virtual attendees and the in-person classroom. A few of our new highlights include:

  • Speaker & microphone installation across the entire classroom
  • Enhanced screen sharing, digital notetaking, and more!
