Virtual Workshops

A virtual workshop is live and interactive, just like you’re in a classroom. Never prerecorded. Attendees enjoy the convenience and low cost of participating from their home, office, or mobile device. You have the opportunity to for Q&A as well.

In-Person Sessions

During this workshop, you’ll talk about making a pact to take control of your day so you can focus on those behaviors that are most important to the success of your team – making a commitment to conduct sales meetings with actionable outcomes, focused briefings and debriefing, creating and inspecting detailed action plan or becoming the best-of-the-best coach using the Coach Skills Loop (observation, observational feedback, and skill building). 

On-Site Training

A consultant from Cohen Brown Management Group will come to your location to conduct a day-long session with your branch managers, platform personnel or tellers. You can request coaching or enhanced service sessions.

Behavioral GAP Analysis and Branch Diagnostic

A Behavioral GAP and Branch Diagnostic will assist an organization with the identification of obstacles (deficits) that prevent retail teams from embedding behaviors that grow and sustain service and revenue-generating results. Recommendations will be made for teller, platform, coaching, and leadership behaviors to take the branch team to the best-of-the-best level of service for their clients.

New Account Opening Cross-Sales (NAO)

This consultative, needs-based, and ethical Cross-Selling Process is focused on providing brand new customers with products and services they logically need in order to manage and prosper in their financial lives, from the outset of their relationship with the community bank. The Cohen Brown NAO process has been proven to increase sales at a brand-new customer account openings by approximately 2 products/services regardless of a bank’s baseline prior to implementation, and feedback from the New Account Representatives, Managers, and customers is extremely positive.
